Liminal Prime supports three execution models, and its role differs by model:

White-glove OTC (Principal OTC):
Liminal Prime acts as the trading counterparty and facilitates high-touch OTC execution and coordination. -
eOTC (Electronic OTC):
Liminal Prime acts as the trading counterparty and provides electronic OTC execution workflows. Pricing inputs may be derived from underlying liquidity sources and internal execution logic. -
Bridge (Connectivity/Workflow):
Liminal Prime does not act as the trading counterparty. Trading and settlement occur bilaterally between the User and the selected liquidity provider under their own agreements. Liminal Prime provides connectivity, RFQ/Firm Quote workflows, controls, and audit-ready records.
No custody / no settlement: Liminal Prime (Bridge Model) does not custody User assets or private keys. Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific arrangement, Liminal Prime does not perform clearing or settlement; settlement occurs between the transacting parties.
Pricing and outcomes: Digital asset trading involves significant risk, including volatility and potential loss of capital. Liquidity, pricing, fills, and execution outcomes depend on market conditions and the participating counterparties/liquidity providers, and are not guaranteed. Nothing on this website should be construed as a promise of best price, guaranteed fills, or guaranteed timing.
